Yes, all the products we offer are authentic/original. The liquidation merchandise we offer is obtained in large quantities directly from legitimate sources such as major department stores and authorized distributors. We do not offer replicas or counterfeit products.
We’re not provided with the details as to when these items were originally first released, but in order to offer our customers the latest styles available, we try not to keep merchandise sitting in our warehouse for long.
We only keep a limited quantity of wholesale merchandise in stock to fulfill smaller orders in a faster manner. When larger orders are placed (depending on the offer and quantity ordered), we obtain a larger quantity from the major department stores/distributors to fulfill the orders. This guarantees that the merchandise we offer our customers consists of the most current styles.
When working with wholesale items there are different terms and definitions used to describe the conditions of products. Below are the terms usually used in the liquidation industry, and their definitions. Please click on each term for a more detailed definition.
Overstock – new merchandise which was never exposed for sale in a retail store. Usually comes in original packaging.
Closeouts and Shelf Pulls – goods in new condition that have been displayed for sale in a store showroom or online but were never purchased by a customer. Most items would have their original tags.
Irregulars – new goods that are being discarded or liquidated as a result of improper or minimal defective manufacturing.
Customer Returns – items that were once purchased from a store (or online store) but then were returned back to the store. Some items in customer returns condition may have imperfections and items in this condition usually do not have price tags.
Pre-Worn – merchandise with signs that have been previously used or worn. Typically there are no retail tags or store markings on these items.
In most cases yes, but this depends on the specific wholesale offer. Different department stores and distributors have different requirements when they offer us their overstock, closeout or customer returns merchandise.
For most overstock offers all items will come with their original price tags. Most of the items (90-95%) in closeout lots usually come with the original price tags, but not all, because our agreement with the major department stores requires us to remove the price stickers that show the department stores’ names, and in that process, even though we try to preserve the price tags as much as possible, some are compromised. On the other hand, it is common for items in customer returns offers to not have price tags.

This depends on the wholesale merchandise offer, and the condition it’s available in.
For example, most shoes offers come in their original boxes, independently of the condition they are available in, as they are usually sold in their boxes. The same goes for some bedding items, which are commonly sold in their packaging.
For the most part, items included in overstock condition offers will come in their original packaging. Some items in offers available in closeout condition may come in their original packaging, but most will not, and most items in offers available in customer returns condition will not be in their original packaging.
Most of the offers listed on our site consist primarily of closeouts from department stores. Closeouts are simply new items, that for different reasons department stores’ decided to liquidate. Considering many of these are items that were at one point displayed at department stores, most items will not be in their original packaging from the brand, as they were probably removed when the department store introduced the items into their stores.
